About the Workshop

This 60-minute workshop blends active stretching and myo-fascial release techniques to help prove flexibility for your muscles & joints. It’s perfect for anyone looking to improve range of motion, support their training, or simply feel better in their body.

Workshop facilitator Rob Morris has spent over 15 years refining a unique approach that combines active stretching with myo-fascial release techniques to support recovery, performance, and mobility across a wide range of clients.
